Warehousing Inventory Controller

Overview ASML is a leading provider of lithography machines that enable world‑class chipmakers to create faster, cheaper, and more energy‑efficient microchips. Roles and Responsibilities Act as an inventory controller, keeping stock levels in the ERP system in sync with those in the warehouse management system (WMS). Produce daily stock reports and resolve any discrepancies within the required key performance indicators. Collaborate closely with ASML IT teams, local planning groups, and third‑party logistics providers. Identify, manage, and resolve disturbances in logistics processes both within and between warehouses. Monitor interface performance and address errors in interface messages or documents. Analyze errors and root causes to prevent recurrences. Manage inventory stock counting and accuracy checks across ASML and logistics service providers. Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Finance, or a comparable field. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years relevant experience for a Bachelor’s holder, or 5 years for an Associate’s. Strong knowledge of logistics technical processes, especially IT flows. Experience with SAP, Oracle, and warehouse management systems (3PL interfaces). Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, WMS applications, and interface connections. Physical Job Requirements Routinely sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands and keyboard, and perform manual actions such as reaching, twisting, and stretching. Occasionally move around the campus. Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Travel may be required, 10–15% of the time. Require visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Salary Annual salary range: $66,000 – $99,000.
