Facilities Maintenance Associate (Temporary)

Location: Allen, TX
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duration: Approximately 2–3 weeks
Target Start Date: July 13th

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a temporary Warehouse Cleaning & Facilities Support assignment. This position focuses on cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the warehouse and surrounding work areas to support a safe and efficient workplace.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and organize warehouse work areas
• Sweep, dust, and remove debris throughout the facility
• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Touch up paint on walls, doors, shelving, and other surfaces as needed
• Clean windowsills throughout the warehouse, tower, and stairwell
• Move, clean, and label storage shelves
• Remove and organize materials from storage areas
• Assist with assembling stands and organizing shelving
• Support 5S workplace organization initiatives
• Repair safety netting on warehouse gates
• Assist with recycling and disposal of excess materials
• Organize indoor and outdoor storage areas
• Perform general housekeeping and other facility maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical work for the duration of the shift
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team
