The facility operates under a supervision model in which MDs oversee CRNAs at a ratio of 3 to 1 while also performing their own independent cases. Organized clinical workflows are in place to support quality anesthesia care delivery across the surgical program. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Shift options are 8-hour (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 10-hour (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), and 12-hour (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) schedules; 8- and 10-hour shifts are preferred, with 12-hour shifts available but not the primary expectation. Clinicians are expected to work the full duration of their assigned shift, excluding unpaid lunch, totaling 8, 10, or 12 hours of work accordingly. No in-house, weeknight, or weekend call is required; overtime is not expected but may be offered. Board certification or fellowship is required, and candidates who need to obtain a New York state license will be considered; the estimated privileging timeframe is 75 days.
