The Assistant General Manager is a culture carrier, floor leader, and coach who helps bring the Jared Brand Promise to life through daily execution, team development, and elevated customer experiences.

This role partners closely with the General Manager to lead performance, develop talent, and maintain a luxury-standard environment while creating consistency in selling, service, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

Drive Daily Performance & Execution

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and operational consistency
• Reinforce key behaviors tied to conversion, appointments, clienteling, and follow-up
• Partner with leadership to execute visual standards, promotions, and operational priorities
• Maintain inventory, compliance, and security standards

Lead the Customer Experience

• Model elevated service so customer client feels welcomed and guided
• Lead from the floor by coaching in real time and supporting meaningful customer interactions
• Reinforce appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and relationship-building expectations
• Help create memorable experiences that build trust, loyalty, and confidence
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and within guidelines

Coach & Develop Talent

• Deliver in-the-moment coaching and recognition that builds confidence and capability
• Support onboarding, training, and development of store team members
• Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and selling excellence

Activate the Brand Promise

Your Work Schedule

Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
