Junior Loan Officer

The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or customer service, is comfortable with high volume dialing, and is eager to learn about the mortgage industry. Our goal is to help motivated individuals develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to advance into a licensed Loan Officer role in 6 months. Duties: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries. Pre-approve potential clients. Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software. Pre-approve clients with a series of 5 questions. Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management. Qualifications: Previous experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required. Good People Skills. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency with a computer and phone. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently Hours: MWF 9am-6pm Compensation: Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+ #J-18808-Ljbffr
