Relationship Banker (Douglass Park) - Chicago, IL

We are looking for a full‑time Relationship Banker to join our Chicago branch. Responsibilities Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored solutions. Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect clients with specialized experts. Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby/drive‑up. Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital product usage. Recognize and report potential fraud and other risks. Support bank opening/closing duties as required. Participate in community and bank events to promote the branch. Qualifications 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role. Retail banking experience preferred. High School degree or equivalent. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
