Plant Human Resource Administrator

Role & responsibilities Manpower Planning & Budgeting Responsible for forecasting manpower requirements and preparing workforce plans aligned with organizational budgetary projections and operational needs. Time Office Management Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of all Time Office activities , including attendance management, shift schedules, leave records, and statutory registers. Contract Labour & Security Management Oversee the deployment, compliance, and performance of contract labour and security services , ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory regulations. Training & Development Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capability, productivity, and compliance with organizational standards. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements applicable to packing stations and plant operations. Safety & Workplace Compliance Promote and monitor workplace safety practices , ensuring the safety of employees, machinery, and plant infrastructure. Plant Hygiene & Employee Welfare Maintain high standards of housekeeping and plant hygiene , and organize periodic medical health camps and employee welfare initiatives.
