Learning By The Lakes Academy Inc. is looking for experienced, caring, and passionate educators to join our growing team as Assistant Teachers, Associate Teachers, and Lead Teachers.

What Youll Do:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Support childrens growth through play, exploration, and hands-on learning
Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Work collaboratively as part of a strong teaching team
Follow center policies and NH childcare licensing requirements

What Were Looking For:
Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or educational setting
A genuine love for children and passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, positive, and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must meet NH childcare licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain them)
