Were hiring a Customer Order Processing Specialist for the Healthcare Diagnostics division. This hybrid role is based in Cary, NC, with in-office work TuesdayThursday and remote work Monday & Friday.

???? Shift: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full order-to-delivery process for assigned customer accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry and fulfillment
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer order inquiries via phone and email
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, marketing, and production teams
  • Monitor dashboards and reports to track order status and delivery performance
  • Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for orders, accounts, and customer interactions
  • Support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 25 years of experience in customer service , order management , account management , or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain principles
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare or the medical device industry
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex healthcare products/services
  • Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements
