Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Newtown, PA. Location Newtown, PA Salary Range $83,800.00 - $105,000.00 Annual plus bonus Benefits Paid Time Off 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing Health and Wellness Benefits Learning and Development Opportunities Referral Program Competitive Pay Recognition Employee Stock Purchase Plan Inclusive & Supportive Culture Responsibilities Supervise facility personnel. Lead and oversee facility-related projects, including installations, renovations, space planning, preventive maintenance, facility repairs, production or test equipment internal repairs, and upgrades to systems or infrastructure. Provide training and guidance on proper maintenance procedures, equipment usage and safety protocols. Oversee daily facilities operations. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical infrastructure including HVAC systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing and other equipment and machinery. Ensure that facilities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Include updating internal and online data entry for compliance. Manage equipment and production equipment calibration with internal resources or third party. Assist in managing the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Coordinate the procurement of supplies, tools, and services. Monitor and track facility operational costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized projects and services. Ensure all work performed by contractors meets contractual obligations and company standards. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on facility-related issues, improvements and challenges. Lead EHS related initiatives and requirements such as Facility GEMBA, fire drills, government reporting (OSHA, EPA), safety committee, safety equipment and PPE. Responsible for internal and external EHS and facility reporting. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in leading a team of facilities personnel. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing maintenance operations for complex, mission-critical facilities and systems.
