**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in Digestive Health!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity**: Become an essential part of our Digestive Health team, where you will provide top-tier patient care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. - **Start Date**: ASAP - **Shift Details**: - Days, 7 AM - 3:30 PM - 40 hours a week - Rotating schedule - **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to specific age groups. - Ensure high-quality care is delivered safely and efficiently. - Establish priorities based on initial patient assessments. - Re-assess patients systematically to track progress and identify needs. - Develop and implement measurable individualized care plans. - Make comprehensive decisions based on patient evaluations and modify care accordingly. - Engage in health education and discharge planning with patients and families. - Perform various Point of Care testing procedures. - Document timely interventions and evaluate care plans. - **Requirements**: - Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. - Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license. - Current BLS and ACLS Certifications. - Excellent communication skills tailored to patient's developmental age. - Knowledge of patient rights and needs in care delivery. - **Experience**: - New graduates welcome; previous nursing experience preferred for higher clinical ladder placements. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
