Job Full Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for a local Lake City client. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of general maintenance and a knack for problem-solving. Basic electrical knowledge is preferred, but experience in residential property maintenance is a must.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
Handle basic electrical repairs, such as changing light fixtures, repairing outlets, and ensuring safety compliance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with property managers and clients to ensure maintenance needs are met efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
