Outside Sales Representative

Overview Outside Sales Representative – Dallas/Fort Worth Texas Door & Trim (TDT) | Employee-Owned | High-Growth Territory Texas Door & Trim (TDT), part of Building Material Distributors (BMD), is expanding in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive growth. This is a true territory ownership role—not account maintenance. You’ll build relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial customers while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. As an employee-owned company (ESOP), your performance directly contributes to your long-term financial upside. Compensation : Base salary + uncapped commission | Top performers earn $125K+ in year one What You’ll Do Build and grow a defined DFW territory through new business development and account expansion Establish strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers Identify and win project opportunities across doors, windows, trim, and stair parts Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM accuracy What We’re Looking For 3+ years of outside sales experience (building materials, millwork, or construction) Proven track record in new business development and account growth Established network in the DFW builder/contractor market (preferred) Self-directed with strong ownership mindset CRM/ERP experience (Agility a plus) Valid driver’s license and ability to meet pre-employment requirements Why Join TDT Employee Ownership (ESOP) – share in company success Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HRA/FSA, EAP); 401(k) with company match; PTO; company-paid life and disability benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Door & Trim, Inc.
