State Road 135 Greenwood, IN 46142, USA Full-Time On-site Description Maintenance Assistant Opportunity at Greenwood Meadows Full Time Day Shift The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public. Skills Needed Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide maintenance services. Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Requirements Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence Prior maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
