Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Position Overview A Physical Therapist provides objective assessments and develops individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. Responsibilities include direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans. Supervise and guide patients, rehabilitation technicians, and PT assistants. Ensure treatment aligns with departmental policies, standards, and organizational values. Maintain current licensure, certifications (including BLS), and adhere to safety and clinical standards. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy. Licensure: Active/Temporary Physical Therapy license in the practice state. Preferred Experience: Six months to one year working with adult and geriatric patients. Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for patient care.
