Original Roadhouse Grill is seeking a Meat Cutter to hand cut steaks (excluding T-Bones) and maintain the sanitation and organization of the meat cutting room and all equipment. Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include setting up the work area, following par plans, operating grinders and knives, labeling and storing products, rotating stock by FIFO, maintaining hygiene, and completing opening/closing duties as well as weekly side work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
