As a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Manager in the Testing Center of Excellence, you will lead in shaping the testing strategy across various business lines, ensuring alignment with regulatory and firm requirements. Your deep understanding of risk management and control evaluation will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, thereby enhancing compliance and operational risk management. Additionally, your aptitude in stakeholder management will enable you to foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including business management and regulatory bodies. Your role will also involve making impactful decisions that influence operations, financial management, and public image, while maintaining compliance with operational policies and precedents. As a leader, you will manage a diverse team, planning and organizing individual and team activities to integrate and coordinate work across different parts of the firm. Job Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and firm policies. Oversee the assessment of the control environment, identifying control gaps, verifying control effectiveness, and driving remediation efforts. Manage complex testing initiatives, applying advanced project management skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of outcomes. Utilize deep knowledge of risk management practices to make sound decisions that protect the firm's interests and comply with regulatory obligations. Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating testing strategies and outcomes, and addressing any concerns or issues. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 7+ years of experience in leading and managing complex testing initiatives within a financial institution or similar industry. Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and firm policies. Demonstrated expertise in risk management and control evaluation, with a focus on identifying control gaps and driving remediation efforts. Advanced proficiency in project management, with a history of delivering results that accelerate business objectives. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in fostering relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively communicating testing strategies and outcomes.
