Gilchrist Inova Hospice Care in Northern VA seeks a Hospice Liaison Nurse responsible for admissions from hospital referrals and for promoting growth of admissions. You will conduct clinical or psychosocial assessments and build external relationships with hospitals and physicians. The role requires RN licensure in Virginia, 3+ years in hospice/related fields, and strong communication and organizational skills.
