From managing team performance to making sure our customers leave smiling, your leadership will help us continue setting the standard for retail cannabis in Michigan.You'll:Lead and motivate an awesome team of budtenders and support staff.Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your team does too.Help track and optimize store performance through daily sales metrics.Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and compliance processes.Be a go-to person for scheduling, training, and team development.Bring fresh energy and clear direction to a high-functioning retail environment.Keep things running smoothly with support from our Inventory, HR, and Compliance teams.What We're Looking ForYou're a natural leader, team player, and problem-solver. You're organized, confident, and thrive in a busy retail environment.
