Operations Trainer

The Operations Trainer will be responsible for conducting initial training, re-training, updating/creating training material.

Location: Expected to travel within the South Bay Area

Major Responsibilities

• Aids in overseeing of the training activities
• Provides input to the Center Manager for the routine evaluation of staff
• Responsible for maintaining office forms up-to-date
• Responsible for communicating updates and protocols
• Create training schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Ensure proper training and job performance for all staff

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications

• Possess skills to lead a team of up to 4 Patient Care Coordinators
• Ability to train others
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs including Excel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred
• High School diploma
• Associates degree strongly preferred

Working Conditions

Requires working in a clinical setting. The noise level is moderate and there is a potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens. The ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Travel – up to 75%
