Assist in specimen collection and carefully prepare samples for analysis as necessary. Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain rigorous lab quality standards. Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment. Maintain your current certification throughout your tenure.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration within healthcare teams. Sound judgment and capability to resolve problems independently in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios.
