Senior HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with one of our direct clients in Sioux City, Iowa . We are looking for an experienced HRIS professional with strong experience in ADP and UKG systems , HR data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and HRIS implementation. Work Arrangement: Onsite only; no remote or hybrid option Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Relocation: Relocation assistance is not provided Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain HRIS systems and employee data. Support ADP EV6 and ADP eTime systems. Participate in the implementation of UKG Pro/UKG WFM. Provide ongoing HRIS support and troubleshoot system issues. Manage employee information, including attendance, productivity, and salary data. Develop and maintain HR reports and provide data to various departments. Ensure HRIS security protocols are maintained and followed. Support HR and other departments with accurate and timely information. Train users and assist employees with effective use of HR systems. Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and system efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or plant environment. Strong experience with ADP products; ADP EV6 and ADP eTime preferred. Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM/Kronos. ADP Report Writer/ADPR experience highly preferred. Strong HRIS troubleshooting and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. Power BI experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Demonstrated longevity and stability in previous positions. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be willing and able to relocate to Sioux City, Iowa independently, if required.
