Responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, transportation, cruises, and vacation packages for clients
• Provide accurate information on travel options, pricing, and policies
• Assist with itinerary planning, modifications, and cancellations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the booking process
• Stay informed about current travel promotions and industry updates

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
