Product Manager - Ductless

Develop and Manage our VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions. Work directly with Region Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business. Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to ensure that company sales and profit goals are achieved. Requirements Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience Strong customer service skills Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time. Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive HVAC sales experience and a solid understanding of HVAC contractors, coupled with strong customer service skills. Proficient in managing sales programs and promotions while effectively collaborating with sales managers to achieve business goals.
