A Thriving Children's Dental Practice in Merrillville, IN is looking for innovative General Dentists that value excellence in patient care. 100% pediatric clientele,/patients, H ours are 8-5 p.m. M-T and 8-2 on Fridays. Retention bonus every 6 months. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations throughout the office, without the hassle of administrative paperwork. Not only will you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you will have control over your treatment plans.

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
• Dental repair through restoration techniques, dental extraction, edentulous restoration
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.

• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
