Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

RN – Med/Surg OncologyShift: 3 x 12-hour nightsContract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeksProvide direct patient care to adults and geriatrics in a Med/Surg oncology unit.Manage and administer medications including chemotherapy as per protocols.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Conduct assessments and monitor patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.Requirements:License: RN license in the stateCertifications: BLS requiredExperience: Minimum of 1 year RN experience requiredSkills: Med/Surg nursing, peripheral line care/management, oxygen/airway management (including non-invasive), participation in rapid response/code teams, isolation precautions/PPE. Chemo administration experience preferred but not required.Compliance / Notes:Background checks required.All time-off requests must be submitted upfront; limited flexibility on scheduling.Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays if required: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.Scrubs provided.
