Air Ticket Sales Specialist (New Grad)

Responsibilities Provide air ticket reservation, ticketing, rebooking, refund, and travel support services for North America routes (U.S. domestic, trans-Pacific, and international flights). Assist customers with fare inquiries, itinerary planning, baggage policy checks, travel document verification, and pre-departure support. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction. Maintain client records, update booking details accurately in the system, and support daily sales and operational tasks. Learn airline policies, fare rules, reservation systems, and operational procedures efficiently. Cooperate with the team to achieve service quality and operational targets. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements 2025/2026 new graduate; Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited. Must have legal working status in the U.S. (Green Card / U.S. citizenship / valid work visa). Fluent in English (spoken and written); basic Chinese communication skills are a plus. Service-oriented, patient, detail-focused, responsible, and team-spirited. Good communication, learning ability, and multi-tasking skills.
