Job Description

Job Summary:

Perform laboratory testing and assist in clinical laboratory operations to ensure accurate diagnostic results. Contribute to patient care by providing reliable laboratory support.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare blood and other specimens for laboratory testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Document and interpret test results accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in quality control procedures to maintain laboratory accuracy.
• Support laboratory team with administrative and technical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Hold a valid Phlebotomy certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work weekend shifts, including evenings and overnight hours.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork skills.
