Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. The PTA will provide direct rehabilitative care to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and in accordance with physician orders, applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance overall quality of life. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT) Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) years’ experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred. CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
