Join Levy Restaurants at the University of St. Thomas as a Prep Cook , where you'll be an integral part of the culinary team, supporting the preparation of high-quality food for the University of St. Thomas sporting events based out of the new Lee & Penny Anderson Arena. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and portion ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring seasonings, to support kitchen operations. Assist with the preparation of menu items, such as sauces, sides, and entrees, according to chef instructions and established recipes. Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production. Monitor inventory levels of prepared items and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This part-time, event-based role is ideal for individuals passionate about food and eager to contribute to a world-class culinary experience at the University of St. Thomas.
