If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will DoMain responsibility will be tactical management of product verification execution to required standards with material movement management, inventory counts, and containment actions with the Quality Engineering group, as needed.Perform 200% inspections in Wheel Assembly, Kitting, and Brake Assembly, as required and document all findings.Perform inspections throughout manufacturing processes to support product verification, as needed.Support containment activities with Quality Engineering group, as required.Participate in internal and external audits, as required.What You Will BringA Bachelor's OR Associate's/2-year degree not required, but a plus.Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing environment experience.Ideal candidate will have quality inspection experience; automotive, aerospace, medical device, or FAA is a plus.Ability to read blueprints.Experience with basic Microsoft Excel.Flexibility to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and follow direction.Pay Range$32.00/hour to $35.00/hourCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
