Position: Receptionist
Location: Memphis, TN - (President's Island Plant)
Shift: 8AM - 5:00PM
Hourly Rate: $26.40

Performs a variety of clerical and secretarial duties for one or more managers requiring knowledge of departmental policy and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Formats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including memos, reports and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager's approval.
• Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, schedules appointments and meetings, and resolves problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. prepare reports, and close dispatches.
  Assist Inventory Team with monthly reports, and physical counts.
• Carries out special projects and assignments as requested; compiles, analyzes, and prepares data for administrative reports and presentations.
• Maintains and updates departmental files, records, and publications; maintains confidential files and materials.
• Schedules conferences, meetings, and appointments; notifies attendees and
• makes necessary arrangements; arranges domestic and international travel.
• Places orders as needed through the plant purchasing system (i.e. Office Supplies, Gift Cards, etc.)
• Oversee and facilitates for potential new hires and/or internal promotions.
• Heavy event coordination and catering within and outside company hours.
• L2L Program: Create and maintain maintenance checklists, enter audit schedules,

We'd love to hear from you if:

• Proficient in using Outlook, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
• Working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, Facility OS, etc.
• Experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and organization skills
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Follow-up and results orientation skills.
