AE - Stock Associate

Your Role As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You thrive on AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. You support your team and guests on the Salesfloor when needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work every day. Responsibilities Effectively and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to keep product moving. Maintain the Stockroom – ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized and the space runs efficiently. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan and take action. Assist team members with non‑stock tasks and help guests on the Salesfloor. Adhere to safety, asset protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Passion for AEO and Aerie products. Strong organization, attention to detail, priority setting and time management skills. Flexible availability – early morning, late evening and weekends. Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
