What You'll Do Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and stepping into their role when needed. Supervising, training, and supporting team members to keep the store running smoothly. Greeting customers warmly, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, following company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales. Managing inventory, completing reports, and helping to maintain high operational standards. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment. Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
