Job Title

RN - Critical Care Float Pool (CVICU / NICU / PICU)

Location

Phoenix, AZ (with potential float to Glendale, AZ | Avondale, AZ | Gilbert, AZ)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week) | Days and Nights Available (7a–7p & 7p–7a) | Rotating | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care appropriate to each patient's age and condition within a pediatric critical care float pool setting, floating between CVICU, NICU, and PICU units across multiple locations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, patients, and families to promote patient health and support individualized care plans
• Implement nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards
• Adhere to hospital goals, values, and applicable regulatory standards in all aspects of patient care delivery
• Maintain compliance with facility vaccination and masking protocols throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in pediatric critical care
• ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing
• Current Arizona RN license or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
• Current PALS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current Advanced NRP certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III or IV NICU hospital experience
• Prior experience in a dedicated children's hospital environment
