APPLY TODAY What You'll Do Produce a quality product that meets customer specifications and maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy internal and external customers. Perform inspection and tests on parts and assemblies per written specifications. Use electrical or mechanical equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, current meters, voltage meters, dial calipers and indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and microscopes. Complete and maintain accurate test data and records. Interface with production and engineering teams. Creation and maintenance of work instructions, visual aids, and standard work documents. Use basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience with all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to the job. What Sets You Apart Associate Degree. The Tester must be able to multitask in a manufacturing environment and may be needed to perform specialized tests and rework procedures as directed by supervision. Must maintain adequate throughput with high levels of quality while working in a dark room environment. Must have strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Must be able to work alone and with others in a dark room environment. Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English. Working knowledge of electrical or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology. Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high‑volume production) Soldering certification. Must be able to multi‑task. Ability to become familiar with Six Sigma problem‑solving tools, 5S and Lean methodologies. Teamwork oriented. Ability to work with little or no supervision if necessary. Ability to make quality decisions quickly. Manual dexterity. Hand‑eye coordination. Good (correctable) eyesight (or ability to discern visually).
