OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Portsmouth, VA by Benefit Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

• CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

We’re looking for experienced OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat endorsements for regional and long-distance runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely haul dry van and hazardous materials
• Ensure compliance with all DOT and company policies
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation

Compensation & Benefits:

• $0.65–$0.77 per mile plus $2,500 sign-on bonus
