Radiologic Technologist - Special Procedures Location Miami, FL Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Job Description We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist with neuro experience to join our Special Procedures unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of functioning independently. Responsibilities
- Perform specialized imaging procedures including Y90, Prostate Embolism, Tunneled Catheter placements, Thoracentesis, and Paracentesis.
- Utilize Philips IR Table and Meditech documentation system.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Previous experience in a neuro-focused environment preferred
