Insomniac - Senior Finance Manager, F1 Apparel

Job Summary Senior Finance Manager to support operations for F1 apparel: month-end close, budgeting & forecast, reporting and analysis, strategy. Responsibilities Perform month-end close tasks (journal entries, inventory analysis, event flash) in accordance with GAAP and SOX. Oversee financial statement management, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for product licensing across all sales channels. Drive profitability improvements through variance analysis, cost control, and strategic planning. Advisory partner to leadership on growth initiatives, margin pricing, and ROI. Lead annual budget process and long-range planning forecast. Manage P&L by tracking revenue and costs. Analyze key operational metrics. Develop process improvements to streamline reporting, forecasting, and licensing royalty reporting. Supervise accounting coordinator and assist with ad-hoc projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred. 8–10+ years of accounting/finance experience in CPG and retail. Experience mentoring staff and leading cross-functional teams. Advanced technical skills: Microsoft Excel, ERP (SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment. Work Environment Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments; willing to work evenings and weekends as required to meet deadlines.
