Our client, a leading global professional services organization , is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing to join its high-performing Financial Analysis team in Downtown Los Angeles.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining financial modeling, pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and business partnership . You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop commercially competitive, financially sound pricing strategies and support important business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead pricing analysis and fee proposals for new business opportunities.
• Build financial models, profitability analyses, and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial recommendations.
• Analyze market, industry, practice group, and historical pricing trends.
• Develop pricing tools, databases, templates, and reporting to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and insights for senior management and leadership teams.
• Support pricing governance and approval processes through data-driven analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, profitability analysis, or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, legal services, or another complex service-based environment is highly preferred.
