The posted compensation range of $52.96 - $92.03 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsible for the direction and management of the organization's journey to excellence in patient care and work environment, aligned the evidenced based American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet or Pathway Programs. Works in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Enterprise VP for Nursing Excellence and Professional Development to establish a vision for nursing excellence grounded the nursing professional practice model. Program direction and management includes support of activities, structures, and processes that promote an optimal work environment for professional nurses and inter-professional members, resulting in outstanding patient care outcomes and nurse engagement. An understanding of the required standards and performance improvement strategies will be required. Strategies include assessment of workflow-related processes, research, criteria development, measurement, and evaluation.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Nursing Required Graduated from an accredited school of BSN required only if master's degree is not in Nursing.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Required: 4 Years of progressive nursing leadership, education, or program management experience.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Magnet, Pathway or Planetree hospital preferred.

License/Certifications Requirement:

  • Registered Nurse State of Employment Required RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.
  • Required: Nursing Speciality Certification. Sit within 6 months; achieve within 1 year of hire or transfer into the role.

Where You'll Work

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients. In 2023, we received our exciting Magnet designation! We are so proud of our staff for this achievement, which is awarded to only 10 percent of hospitals around the world. We combine a heritage of expert care with the latest in technology and innovation.
