Neros is seeking a Mission Support Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and mission readiness of our drone systems. You will bridge product teams with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and business development to drive rapid issue resolution and product improvements. You will document requests, conduct root-cause analyses, and create manuals and troubleshooting guides.
