In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and service technicians seeking automotive parts, ensuring they receive accurate information and prompt service. Your expertise and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for excellent customer service and efficient parts management.

• Assist customers and service personnel in locating and ordering parts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory by conducting regular stock checks and managing parts deliveries.
• Process sales transactions and maintain detailed records of orders and returns.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on automotive parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Keep the parts counter and storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or counter service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
