Commercial Real Estate Associate
Location: Richmond County, Virginia
gpac is partnering with a respected regional law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Handle commercial leasing transactions
- Assist with financing and development projects
- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong transactional drafting skills
- Virginia bar admission required or ability to waive into the VA bar
