About the role We are looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee and direct the operations function within the boutique. They are the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. They will work closely with the Boutique Leaders by imparting critical business knowledge. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $120,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
