We are seeking dedicated BS/MS Nursing graduates who are PRC Registered with at least 7 months of experience in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or health & medical clinics. Join our community of Filipino Nurses who make lives better globally. Responsibilities Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health status. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care. Our Team will guide you on the path to ensure a successful application. 10th to 12th Month: Deployment and Departure to Germany, including final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding.
