Job Title
Performs a variety of complex and responsible clerical, record keeping, registration, attendance or other support duties usually following well-established policies, procedures and mandated regulations. Assignments are usually at a secondary school site, or equivalent size of specialized department, or educational program.

Education and experience: High School diploma or GED plus additional vocational or college courses in business or a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of three years of general clerical experience requiring frequent public contact is required. Experience at the School Admin Clerk I level preferred. Experience in a school office setting or working with children preferred. Clerical/Administrative Support Level II Test must be passed. The test is offered at the WJUSD HR Department, located at 435 6th Street Woodland, CA 95695. Must call View phone number on click.appcast.io to schedule a testing appointment.

Comments and Other Information
The District will contribute towards health benefits on a prorated basis (based on employee's work year and hours assigned). The benefit package includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus. $10,960 per year for Employee-only medical benefit selection. $13,00 per year for Employee+1 or Family medical benefit selection.
