We're Hiring: Grants Associate (Hybrid) | San Francisco, CA | Up to $51/hr Pride Health is currently seeking a Grants Associate to join a leading healthcare research organization in San Francisco, CA . If you have experience supporting research administration, grant proposal submissions, sponsored research, and grant management , we'd love to hear from you! Pay: Up to $51/hour What You'll Do Support pre-award and post-award grant administration Prepare and coordinate grant proposal submissions Assist with budget development and financial tracking Ensure compliance with federal and institutional grant requirements Monitor proposal deadlines and reporting milestones Maintain grant documentation and electronic records Collaborate with Principal Investigators and research teams throughout the grant lifecycle What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in Research Administration, Grants Administration, or Sponsored Research Knowledge of grant proposal development and submission processes Experience with budget preparation and grant compliance Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Experience with NIH, NSF, or federally funded grants is a plus Why Join?
