Prior Reverse Mortgage Experience is required.Duties and Responsibilities:Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan filesEvaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completenessAccurately review and input pertinent loan data into operational systemsOrder supplementary vendor products, such as title reports and property appraisalsObtain required underwriting conditions from loan officer and/or loan applicant(s)Utilize FHA Connection to update loan data as neededCommunicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and managementWork closely with all operational departments to establish productive and efficient workflowsComplete required checklists and worksheetsExperience and Education:Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan processing requiredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredExcellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systemsKnowledge of MS Office productsStrong customer service and time management skills a mustHighly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industryThe hourly rate for this position is $24-30 per hour.
