We're hiring Solar Installers to join our service team and work on utility and commercial solar projects across the country.What you'll doInstall solar systems on the road. Our solar work takes you where the jobs are, so you'll be traveling and working outdoors day in and day out, in the heat and the cold, getting the job done safely and on time.What you bringPrior solar experience: you've installed at least a 100 kW system or largerWillingness to travel 100% (most, if not all, of our solar work is on the road)Reliable transportationHigh school diploma or equivalentWillingness to complete our apprenticeship programAble to lift 60 lbs continuously and work on your feet outdoors all dayComfortable working in all weather conditions, heat, cold, and full sunTravel and transportationThis is a road-based role, so travel is a big part of the job, but we make it worth your while: drive time is paid and per diems are provided while you're out on projects.Why Bart'sMerit-based advancement, industry-leading training and apprenticeship, and a safety-first culture.
